The location is good, the staff is very amiable and super friendly. It's in the Wandsbek district, close to the metro station, the airport, city center, and port. the rooms are neat and really good.

The hotel had helpful and nice staff members. Absolutely perfect venue's location, as it was next to S-Bahn station. There were a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Soulkebab that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The two good things about the hotel were the modern rooms and the coffee-station. It was great to have an espresso whenever and wherever you want. the hotel was located in a key area within the city, which was convenient for walking around and exploring. One more advantage was the friendly bartenders who always made us feel welcome.

The unpleasant aspects of the hotel outweighed the good. the biggest issue was the poor cleaning service, as they only cleaned the room once a week.
